We had a fantastic time at Vermont lodge for my daughter’s 7th birthday .
Hot tub in the private woodland garden was such a hit just perfect .
The lodge is beautiful and perfectly equipped the decor is fabulous as are the owners of the lodge that made our stay very special with the thoughtful touches and treats for the birthday girl .
The whirlpool bathtub underfloor heating and cosy yet spacious lounge all add to the luxurious experience and the beds are divine too no expense spared !

Lovely weekend away for my Mam’s 60th Birthday at Vermont Lodge! We had an amazing time and our 2 dogs were so chilled there! They loved exploring the woodland area and going for a walk around the lake. The garden was so peaceful and the hot tub was amazing! Beautiful Lodge overall!!

We’ve just returned from a family trip to Vermont lodge and I honestly couldn’t recommend this place any more than I do. The owners go above and beyond to meet expectations and always go the extra mile to make sure guests have what they need. Courtney was amazing from start to finish, arriving a little before our check in time to put lights and heating on etc.
The lodge was immaculate and well maintained - everything was homely and cosy and you can really see that Courtney thinks of even the littlest of things.
Super family friendly with children’s cutlery, board games, cot & highchair.
Thank you so much Courtney & Martine for everything and we cannot wait to return again! Jasper still asks after Monty bear every single day!!

We spent 1 week at Vermont lodge recently & can’t wait to go back. From start to finish, communication was great, nothing was too much trouble. The lodge was absolutely stunning & so spacious, full kitchen with everything you need. The hot tub was fab & was checked everyday to make sure it was in good running order. The addition of the Christmas decorations made it extra cosy. The park the lodge is on is great, lovely wee walkway around the pond & can walk between the 2 parks. There’s a choice of 2 bars between them. Food options at the onsite bar were great & very reasonable. We’ve been to Northumberland a few times & the location of the lodge is perfect, right between Morpeth & Alnwick with lovely villages within a short drive away. We’re already looking at dates for our next visit. It’s the perfect getaway with the dogs. Can’t fault the place.

Having just returned back from the most wonderful stay at Mystic Falls, I had to write a review.
The cabin was perfectly cosy yet spacious. Everything was super clean and tidy on arrival, with so many beautiful touches to the decor. The hot tub felt lovely and private, and being situated at the end of site, it felt lovely and shaded by trees.
The holiday park has a bar and restaurant, however, Alnwick is 15 minutes drive away with some incredible choices for food (we highly recommend the Dirty Bottle!).
There is plenty to do for families, with a zoo situated next door to the holiday park, and Lilidorei and Alnwick Castle a short drive away.
Courtney was incredible from the get go, and nothing felt like a bother. She very kindly went to turn the lights and heating on for us knowing we were arriving late at night, and there was a lovely welcome basket.
I've only just come home and I'm desperate to book again. Thanks so much Courtney 💙

We’ve just returned from a weekend at Mystic Falls and I can’t recommend it enough. From booking to leaving the host, Courtney couldn’t be more helpful. She maintained a great line of communication and helped us throughout our stay. The lodge is stunning. The thoughtful extras, mindful decor and attention to detail throughout, was outstanding and you can really tell that so much love has gone into creating an easy, relaxed and comfortable experience for guests. The lodge comfortably fitted 2 adults, 2 children and an infant as well as the dog and made for a relaxed, cosy family weekend. The hot tub was an absolute bonus and only added to the memories made. We can’t wait to visit again!

We have just came back from a 6 night stay at Vermont Lodge, what a fabulous place to stay. No expense spared the lodge is beautiful, lovely decor and bedding. Hot tub and whirlpool bath were amazing. Great hosts, easy to communicate with, we will definitely be back again soon.

We loved our stay at Mystic Falls so much that the moment we arrived back home we booked to stay at Vermont Lodge later this year!
Courtney's communication has been fantastic, it was so easy to book our trip through her and she could not have been more helpful! She even arrived before us to turn the heating on so that it was warm before we arrived and left us a welcome hamper. Mystic Falls is a beautiful lodge, we felt at home as soon as we arrived. The beds were so comfortable, the hot tub was private, the location of the lodge was perfect - close to the lake as well as the on site bar/restaurant. The living room is spacious and cosy, and there is a lovely little outside seating area to the front and side of the lodge. We saw in the New Year at Mystic Falls and we can't wait to return to explore Vermont Lodge!

Just returned from a girls weekend and Vermont lodge was absolutely beautiful! The decor was gorgeous and the added touch with the Christmas decorations made it even more special. The lodge had everything you needed and the communication we had from Courtney was great. Thank you for a fantastic weekend! Xx

Amazing weekend away with the girls for us all turning 40 this year. Beautiful lodge had everything you need. Very spacious and comfortable. Lovely and private space outside for sitting or enjoying the hot tub. Would definitely recommend and will be booking to stay again.
Booking process very easy and communication was prefect from owners.

Wow, where to start…we were made to feel extremely welcome at Vermont Lodge, it is truly stunning. The attention to detail is amazing with lots of finishing touches that make it feel so homely. The welcome hamper was much appreciated and the added extras from our host Courtney after she found out it was our 10th wedding anniversary made it extra special. The hot tub and private garden were fabulous and a great way to relax. Our children enjoyed exploring and were also not forgotten in the set up of the lodge. Nothing is too much to ask of these hosts and they go out of their way to ensure a 5* experience is had by all! We can’t wait to book again 😊

I would just like to thank Courtney for being an amazing host. She kept in touch with me from booking and went above and beyond with my early check in request. Once we arrived at the lodge all the attendees were blown away with the area the lodge was situated within along with the modern interior. We were lucky the weather held off so we could experience the hot tub on site. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. We cannot wait to visit again soon for another girlie weekend.
